Technical support and maintenance
To keep your DeLaval VMS™ V300 series milking robot operating safely and reliably 24/7, it, like other intensively used systems, requires regular maintenance according to a maintenance program. We ensure that maintenance is performed on time and according to schedule.
Original parts
We always use genuine DeLaval parts. All parts are carefully designed and tested to function under the operating conditions your milking robot operates in. Our global network ensures you have access to the right genuine parts when you need them.
Consumables
Not only labor and parts are included in a DeLaval InService™ All-Inclusive Extra agreement. We also ensure that consumables, such as cleaning fluid, teat disinfectant, milk filters, oil, hoses, and teat cup liners, are delivered as agreed and on time.
Milk quality
DeLaval InService™ All-Inclusive Extra helps you safeguard your milk quality. By combining our service with our consumables, we deliver added value to milk quality (1+1=3).
